What is the minimum age to rent a car?
The standard minimum age is 25. Drivers under 25 may be approved on a case-by-case basis and must pay a $200 Young Driver Fee.
How soon can I book another car after returning one?
There must be at least a 2-hour gap between the end of your last trip and your next booking. In some cases, 6–48 hours may be required, depending on availability.
Do you offer discounts for longer rentals?

— 10% off rentals of 7 days
— 15% off rentals of 15 days
— 20% off rentals of 30 days

How much is the security deposit?
A refundable $250 security deposit is required.
What is the shortest and longest trip I can book?
The shortest trip is 2 days, and the longest is 30 days at a time. Each rental includes 200 miles per day.
How much is sales tax?
Sales tax is 7.38%. Additional coupons and fees may apply.
What are your opening hours?
We are open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Do you offer vehicle delivery?
Typically, we do not offer delivery. However, with advance notice and approval from our Personnel, delivery may be arranged.

Do you allow smoking in the cars?
No. Any sign of smoking will result in loss of deposit and a $200 cleaning fee. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and vaping.
Who is responsible for tolls, tickets, and parking violations?
The renter is responsible for all tolls, parking violations, and tickets. All vehicles have a UNI Pass device, and toll bills may take 30–60 days to process.
Do you charge cleaning fees?
Most of the time, no. However, cleaning fees may apply if the vehicle is returned in poor condition:
- Moderate Cleaning: $50
- Heavy Cleaning: $100
- Severe Cleaning: $150
- Pet Hair Removal: $150
- Multiple Issues: $250
- Beach Use: $250 (sand/sunscreen removal)
